Returns Policy

If you no longer wish to keep your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be in their original, unused condition and include proof of purchase.


What "Original Condition" Means

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • It is in the same condition as when received
  • It is suitable for resale at full price

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@lastcamerastore.com to initiate your return.
  2. Send your item(s) to the provided return address.

We’ll contact you once your return has been received.


Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

Refunds

  • We’ll email you once your return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
  • Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded as e-gift cards sent to your email.

To process a refund, please provide your order number, name, and order confirmation.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

  • For faults reported within 30 days of purchase, we’ll provide a refund or exchange.
  • After 30 days, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item following the steps above.
  • Place a new order for the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Damaged or opened film

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase

Promo Code Returns

If part of an order placed with a promo code is returned, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount used.


Delayed Refunds

  • Returns can take up to 7 days to reach us.
  • Once received, we’ll process it within 2 business days.
  • Your refund should appear in your account within 5 business days after processing.

EU Customers – Right to Cancel

If your order was delivered to an address in the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
